Project: Final evaluation of project Partners for Security in Guinea: ‘Reforming the Police to Better Inform Citizens’

The objective of the assignment is to carry out a final project evaluation of its 5-year project entitled Partners for Security in Guinea: Reforming the Police to Better Inform Citizens (“Guinea for Security” hereafter).

Funded by the US Department of State’s Bureau for International Law Enforcement and Narcotics (INL), the project is focused on citizen security and seeks to strengthen community policing in Guinea through training, awareness raising, engagement of women and youth, the strengthening of community-based structures and community-led initiatives designed to bring police and communities together to improve security.
