The Opportunity
Are you a young professional with a minimum of a 4-year degree in law, economics, management, human sciences, social sciences, political science, or a related field? Do you have at least one year of verifiable experience, strong IT skills, and a good command of English? If you’re autonomous, possess excellent research skills, and have a passion for contributing to solutions for development issues, this opportunity is for you.
Over the past three years, ALG has successfully completed more than six projects in the Gambia. Our expertise has been utilized by government agencies, development organizations, and humanitarian groups.
About the Organization

Your Role
We are currently seeking motivated young professionals in the Gambia to join our team as research assistants on our ongoing projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist Experts and Project Managers in delivering professional services. You will be responsible for providing services as defined by the terms and conditions, often requiring autonomous action to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
You will also collaborate with the Business development team and other functional departments within ALG, working alongside consultants, researchers, academics, and other highly qualified professionals to develop your skills and contribute to impactful solutions.
