As we expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Board Manager to lead our efforts in marketing, HR management, and strategic partnerships.

Position Overview

The Job Board Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our job board, ensuring its success through effective marketing strategies, robust HR practices, and the establishment of strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract job seekers, and engage employers. Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize outreach efforts. This includes enabling managers to add job provisions to recruiter accounts and proposing tools to capture abandoned carts or users failing to post jobs.
  • HR Management & Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for the internal team, ensuring we attract top talent. Implement HR best practices, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation. Review and enhance the recruiter registration process to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, including educational institutions, industry associations, and technology providers, to expand our reach and improve service offerings.
  • Platform Optimization & Features: Customize recruiter dashboards for easy access to essential features and analytics. Evaluate and improve the candidate registration process, implementing features such as profile customization, job alerts, and premium account setups.
  • Automation & Communication: Set up automated messaging systems for candidates and recruiters after registration to provide essential guidance. Configure alert systems to notify admin of new employer registrations for prompt support.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to job postings, user engagement, and partner relations. Adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide mentorship and support to team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing job boards or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in marketing, HR management, and partnership development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
