The role

We are looking for highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analysts to join our team (multiple positions in Africa). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and data interpretation. As a Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and improve performance. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure that strategic initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Your role will involve conducting in-depth research, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also be expected to monitor the implementation of strategic plans and provide ongoing analysis to ensure their effectiveness. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in strategy analysis or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with strategic planning tools and frameworks.
