Our story

Africa Label Group began as the initiative of a group of young African graduates who had completed their studies in Europe and North America, and who shared one conviction: their skills belonged on the continent. Under the leadership of Dany K. Ayida, they set out in 1999 to put rigorous, internationally grounded expertise at the service of African institutions.

What started as a network of committed professionals became a firm. ALG was incorporated in Burkina Faso in 2007, then grew into Ghana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire and beyond — and today works across more than twenty African countries.

That founding conviction still guides us: decisions about Africa are better when they rest on African evidence, gathered and interpreted by people who know the terrain, and held to international standards.
