In 2011, Africa Legal Group successfully executed a specialized training program in Burundi, specifically tailored for magistrates of the Commercial Court. The initiative focused on two critical and complex areas of commercial jurisprudence: Banking Law (<\/span>Droit bancaire<\/span><\/i>) and the Law of Negotiable Instruments (<\/span>Droit cambiaire<\/span><\/i>). This mission was mandated by the Government of Burundi and was supported by the World Bank-funded Economy Governance Support Project (PAGE).<\/span><\/p>\n
