International standards.<\/h1>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Africa Label Group (ALG) is an independent consulting firm serving governments, development partners and businesses across Africa. We exist for a simple reason: decisions about Africa are better when they are made on African evidence, gathered and interpreted by people who know the terrain.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alg-photo alg-photo--wide\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/africalabel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Team3.jpeg\" alt=\"The Africa Label Group team\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our story<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ALG was founded in <strong>1999<\/strong> by <strong>Dany Komla Ayida<\/strong>, a public policy specialist, building on a vast network of development practitioners across Africa and its diasporas.
