Flagship program

The Sahel concentrates the hardest questions in development: climate stress, conflict, displacement, and institutions under pressure — alongside extraordinary social resilience. ALG has worked in the region for years, including Burkina Faso, where the firm was formalized, and we maintain field capacity where many cannot operate.

What the program covers

• Research and data collection in fragile and conflict-affected settings
• Conflict-sensitive program design, monitoring and evaluation
• Resilience measurement and analysis (food security, livelihoods, social cohesion)
• Support to stabilization, social protection and basic-services programs
• Local governance and community engagement in crisis contexts
